“A Matter of Life and Death”
1 John 5:11-12
“And this is the testimony, that God gave us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.”
As John has repeated numerous times in this letter, our relationship to God through Christ is a matter of life and death. He wants us to know that our only true victory, freedom, and security is in Christ. The person who is truly free is simply chained to the right person.
Who do you know that needs to hear the message of Truth? What family member, co-worker, or friend can you share your faith with today? Make it an urgent priority… it is a matter of life and death!
